Timothy K. Lindgren, 66, of Ogden, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at the Boone County Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Carson - Stapp Funeral Home in Ogden. Pastor Ernest Ruben will officiate. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery in Ogden. Visitation will be Monday, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., at Carson – Stapp Funeral Home in Ogden. For online obituaries and condolences please visit:

Timothy Kent Lindgren was born on July 25, 1949, in Boone, Iowa the son of Walter and Vera (Johnson) Lindgren. He graduated with the Ogden High School class of 1968, and following his education enlisted in the Iowa National Guard serving for two years.

Tim was employed as a Custodian for Ogden Community Schools for many years.

Tim was an avid golfer and was a fan of Iowa State athletics, attending many home games over the years.

Survivors include his son, Eric Lindgren of Boone, Iowa; grandson, Henry Wagner of Boone, Iowa; mother, Vera Lindgren of Boone, Iowa; sister, Rita (John) Wheeler of Ogden, Iowa; sister-in-law, Bev Lindgren of Ogden, Iowa; niece and nephews, Lori (Steve) Jacobson and their children, Kennedy and Grant Jacobson, John (Jennifer) Wheeler and their children, Joshua (Katie) Wheeler and Jessica Wheeler, and James (Stefanie) Wheeler

He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Tom Lindgren.
