William Douglas Shepard, aka Bill, aka Tall Paul, 66, of Washington Island, Wisconsin, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

An informal, casual, non-denominational memorial gathering will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 22, 2016, in the Friendship Haven Chapel,
